Program Types
*I have several different programs depending on what your health concerns are.
*Each program listed below is a general outline. Every person needs their own bio-individual protocol to get them to their healthiest state.
*Each program listed can be a single program or we can create a group protocol out of it to help multiple at the same time whether it be your friends or other family members.
*It's always great when you can work on your health goals with family and friends to help create a support team.
Weight Loss/ Nutrition
-This protocol with change depending on the weight loss goal for the wellness client(s). Whether it be a single member or a family participating in the program.
A general outline is:
*addressing foods that work best with the body to help with weight loss
*working with portions and frequency
-The amount of time for this protocol will change depending on the speed of progress that the wellness client(s) are experiencing
Fitness/Exercise
-This protocol with be based on the clients fitness goals and their physical capabilities to perform depending on their age and fitness level.
A general outline is:
*creating a baseline start up program for each person based on their goals.
*addressing stretching, strength training, and resistance training
*working with body weight, resistance bands and weights
Balance In The Body
-This is a protocol for all other imbalances in the body that you are dealing with.
Since each individual will have differences on what they are experiencing right now and what we need their body to work through to become balanced.
The timeline for this protocol can be anywhere from 12 weeks or more depending on the wellness client(s) current state.
I offer a wide range of services to meet every type of need.
The pricing for the programs listed above are determined after our first consult. Since everyone has different needs and goals the amount is not a price that can be listed.
